Outstanding Customer Service

The agent was incredibly helpful with our rental. It was exactly as described / advertised. The facility is relatively new and in excellent condition. The agent followed through with commitments so it was ready for us exactly as promised. When we were moving our stuff in on a very hot day, the agent brought us cold waters!!! Who does that kind of thing these days? Our unit was clean and in excellent shape. I would highly recommend them!

Great experience!

From reserving online to securing the unit, the process was seamless. The agent at the facility, Tomas, was thorough and personable. He made everything easy, and explained the entire process as we were getting it set up. The facility is immaculate, and I feel that my belongings are safely stored in a quality facility.

No complaints.

Have no issues. Cannot wait til the whole facility is completely built. New facility, clean on the interior and exterior, the issue now is not having a dumpster to help facilitate any trash.
