Courteous and efficient Service...

Courteous and efficient Service personnel , the unit was well-lit and clean and climate controlled....Entrance keypad looked "worn and torn", but was told it was being replaced in near future.

I have been a customer here for 3yrs, and I cannot say enough about the staff. The always go above and beyond to help me, especially if I have unexpected shipments. The location is extremely clean and safe. I have dealt with many different storage facilities in the past 10yrs, and Public Storage Sandy Springs is by far the best!

The public storage I leased with is very clean and the staff member was approachable and friendly. I was upgraded with no change to a larger unit that would be more suitable for my belongings. However, at night the lights are shut off in the hallways that makes it extremely difficult to maneuver; additionally I received my second months bill only two days after I got the unit which was very surprising.
