Very pleased with the customer service on the telephone.

Completed the process in minutes. Good price. I like the 24/7 access because 'moving' out of state is easier when you can travel at night or anytime.

Overall this company is very friendly and the facility is clean!

It was very easy to rent the storage. ( which is all over the phone) The storage unit was super clean. The only problem I had was trying to get out of the facility, the gate didn't want to open.
