I think it was over all a good experience. The store manager is excellent
I had a great experience. The facility is very clean and nice and the store manager that was there was very helpful and nice and went out of his way to help me and answer all my questions. There was some communication breakdown up front when I first called about pricing I was unaware of being required to have renters insurance and would have liked to have known that up front.
Other than that I am very satisfied with the facility starting out.

So far it's a great place, climate control at a very good price
Nice building, easy access to your storage unit. Elevator accessable, equipment was available to help move my stuff from the truck to my unit. Great place!

CSR no help
The CSR hung up on me and when I got to the storage the gentleman at front desk came off rude at first then he got it together because I don't tolerate treating me as if I'm incompetent.

This storage facility is very clean, staff is friendly, prices are great
I had a great experience getting a storage unit here, the staff was super friendly and helpful, the promotion at the time made it super affordable, the unit is clean and easy to access. I wish there was 24 hour access, but 6am-10 pm is sufficient for most of my needs.

Not a bad option
I hadn’t been given any heads up on the costs of insurance nor that I would have to buy my own lock, which I hadn’t done at the last place I rented. It also wasn’t as cool inside as I expected for a climate controlled place. All together it cost more than I had anticipated, but the employees were kind and helpful.
