Easy experience

This was an easy check in experience- which is a lot to say for a storage unit in the city. Everything was ready for us and super easy, our mover were able to get everything in quickly. Everyone was super nice and facilities were very clean.

Great rates and well managed!

It was not clear at first how we would get into the storage unit, but the great staff gave us a tour of the facility and I was quite impressed. The have a clean, well managed dock and storage unit facility, and it was more affordable than I originally expected. I would definitely recommend them!

Very happy so far with the service, facility, cleanliness, accessibility. They did give away my unit despite numerous calls and a credit card hold but offered me a slightly bigger space for the same price.

Clean, well managed facility with friendly staff

The facility is clean, well lit, easy to navigate around. The layout (On the first floor at least) was easy enough to maneuver most common boxes and objects. The staff (Mya) was friendly and attentive to questions and helping customers. Sign up process was quick, there is neither unnecessary sales pitch nor up selling pressure. It was a very comfortable experience for me. Highly recommend and happy to support a local business.

Bennett was super helpful with setting us up quickly. Took us through the steps to get to our storage unit and made sure we had everything we needed. The facility is brand new, and super clean.

Fair Price but not yet finished

Staff was super helpful but the facility was not quite ready. I am grateful for a place to put my stuff but the floors were still unfinished and things were still coming together. Prices were fair but would have liked to see them less for the unfinished facility or at least offered a discount. Overall, the location was perfect for me and they were flexible with storage locker i could use. I would rent again but would have liked to see things a little more polished as i was worried about getting my stuff dirty.
