Excellent from start to finish!
At the last minute, another storage company cancelled my space. I was scrambling to find a large space in a facility the allowed larger trucks. Secure Space was the only facility in the area that was able to accommodate us and the 1st Month was half price and their regular price was lower on a 10x20 unit than any of the others we spoke with. They we pleasant and they kept me informed via messages and emails.

What's the possibility of some type of garbage/refuse receptacle outside on the premises?
Some people are a little messy with their food wrappers & waste. I would've picked it up, but there was no place to put it except in my car & I didn't have a trash bag with me. I didn't want to carry that crap to the garbage can in the restroom without gloves or a scooper of some type.

Great Customer Sevice
The facility is nice and new, however it is getting damaged very quickly which is sad to see. There are definitely some issues with water dripping in some spots where you see buckets. The customer service is excellent I have dealt with two people in the office who have both gone out of their way to help me and be extremely friendly. The price is really good for climate controlled storage.

The overall experience was great,onsite manager does an excellent job and returns calls when not able to answer the phone immediately. Units are clean and well maintained. Super close to I75. Highly recommend!!!

incentivize longer term renters
My suggestion would be to keep longer-term residents by incentivizing those who stay longer rather than just a one or two-month incentive in the beginning. This creates loyalty and reduces the constant change over of units.

Clean, accessible, friendly, informative help,
Facility is absolutely spotless of any trash outside as well as inside is perfect. Upon arrival to fill out pprwrk and pay was greeted by a young lady whom I might say was very friendly and pleasant to deal with She was helpful in deciding that I did in fact rent the appropriate size of storage that I needed I look forward to using this facility and will recommend to anyone I know that is looking for storage
