Quick and Professional

The online process was nice and easy, and really quick.
I did my reservation completion with a guy named James whom was very very nice. He explained everything to me leaving me no room to ask any questions because he answered everything I wanted to know without ever having to ask him. I wish that everywhere I shop and where I go people were informative and nice like James is, but that would be asking for too much.

Fantastic overall customer service
I have used this facility several times in the past and have always been completely satisfied with everything. The facility is in great shape, the pricing is extremely competitive and the manager James is willing to go the extra mile for you. Anytime I have to use a storage facility, my search is simple and short. Customer for life.

With any business, customer service is key for me. At Superior Self Storage, I'm always greeted with a smile and a "how can I help you" kind of attitude. I absolutely love it here. Excellent storage & friendly service
I have been using Superior Self Storage for 4 years now to store my collectibles in the climate controlled section of the facility. James is always very helpful if I have any questions that need to be answered. They do have carts for you to use to bring your stuff in or out of your storage locker if you do not have one. I will keep continuing to use them for my storage needs.
