I was very happy when I arrived at the facility, there are flatbed carts readily available and the place is the cleanest storage place I have ever seen. Doors are very clearly labeled and I knew the best door to park at the first time there.

Too expensive
If not for the free month due to renting a U-haul there's no way I would have rented from this company. The person who set up the reservation was not a good listener and repeated the same thing several times. Once I got to the facility my reservation wasn't correct. Then the gate wouldn't open. When I called their customer service about the gate, that guy was great, but up to that point it was a struggle.

Best storage facility around
Anyone in need of a storage unit need look no further. I've been storing here for over a year and have been completely satisfied. It is always very clean, inside and out and it is securely fenced and gated with 24 hour accessibility. There are several different sizes of units to accommodate most needs. I have been very impressed with Chad, the manager. He is well skilled in all areas of the business, paying much attention to detail. I , with complete confidence, recommend this facility.

Definitely would recommend this facility.
I had a reservation for 4/29 to begin storing my things, but things changed and I needed it today 4/18. I went to the facility and was greeted by a super friendly guy. He helped me get my paperwork completed (which only took 10 minutes) and i was unloading my things into the storage unit immediately after. The unit was extremely clean and was very easy to access in and out of. You cannot find another storage facility in the area with better prices. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Perfect size and super easy to load
We looked for and found this unit the day before we needed to move in. Arrive to complete paperwork that was easy. Easy access and super clean inside. It fit everything, they had carts for transporting our items into unit. Had to go back to put more items in and it was so easy to access.
