Casey and Danielle we're very helpful. I originally had 10x10 unit on Saturday 2/19/22. Then I placed an order online for another 5x10 unit cause I wasn't sure about all of our stuff fitting in the 10x10 unit. Then I received a call from Danielle to verify that I placed the order for another unit and I said yes. So after letting her know I wasn't sure about if all of my stuff will fit in the 10x10 unit, she told me that she had 10x15 unit available instead so I went back to sign all the paperwork and the computer was freezing but I wasn't in a hurry and just waited patiently until we got it all figured out and done. I really appreciated both Casey and Danielle for helping me get the 10x15 unit. Thank you again!!!

Good follow up service...
Even there though there were some issues with things on line and the code I was given after paid on live did not give me access when the movers showed up.
Things were ok at the end of the day. The unit was vary clean.
I would recommend life Storage to friend's !

Easy reservation and check-in
I was able to reserve a storage unit the same week and was able to transfer my items during the weekend.
I used Sparefoot to reserve through LifeStorage. LifeStoragethen called me to confirm my check-in.
During the check-in process, I found that they had many different size options which were great. I initially got a 10x10 but I realized it was too big so the staff helped me choose a more appropriate size.
Then the staff gave me the code which allows me to store items throughout flexible times in a day.
Btw, locks are not included so be prepared to buy one on the spot or bring your own.
Overall, this was my first time reserving a storage unit and I am very happy with my experience so far.

Iâm extremely satisfied with Life Storage. I was attended to quickly, led through some basic paperwork, and led promptly to my unit. The staff is helpful, the units are clean, and the roads between the units are spacious! I couldnât have asked for more!

Simple reservation, great location, hidden fees.
The storage unit was clean and the location itself was great. The parking lot area had a terrible design since I could barely turn the U-haul around. Considering that many people coming to store things bring trailers, this is a major design flaw. I was a bit disappointed to be advertised a first month free deal but still pay over $50 in hidden fees on move in day.
