Customer Service is AWESOME
Dave, who is the person in charge of the facility, made my entire experience extremely easy and pleasant. He is very professional and accommodating. The best part is that I actually feel like my possessions are safer there than at my house due to all the security. Definitely two thumbs up for Dave!

Quick and Easy
Thanks for the handy convenient online reservation tool, that made it easy to confirm my storage and the peace of mind that it would still be available when I got there to pay for it. The staff member on site was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. The unit was exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. I recommend this company to any one looking for a place to full fill there storage unit needs.

I chose American Storage because I could reserve online for zero down, they sent reminders when to check in, the check in process was extremely quick and helpful, and the storage unit itself is easily accessible and clean! I would HIGHLY recommend American Storage for anyone in Wichita and I'll continue to use them!

Slightly expensive, but great customer service
The customer service was great; it was quick and easy. The manager was very friendly. It is somewhat expensive, but not as much as some other facilities. The unit was clean when I moved my stuff in. Overall, it is a nice facility.
