Currently working on emptying Grandmas storage. We go during the hours open and usually there is someone in the office. If not and we NEED something we call the number and usually get someone. She has been very helpful. They have plenty of moving equipment to help you transport your stuff.

Sparkling Clean and Superior Customer Service
Having to move household items into a storage unit at the time of coronavirus, I was worried. Instead I was surprised by how easy was to do all the paperwork on the phone with Diane and electronically sign the contract. Once reserved my unit, at a better price than any other storage company in the area, It was the cleanliness of the facility that impressed me, and the kind attention of the employee on Sunday duty. I would definitely recommend to store your belongings here.

The two managers were great ! Moving from Colorado is stressful enough but they kept in contact and we are on our way ! Husband was in town to go by and see where we were going before the move .

Office is always "closed"
After they let go of the nice ladies up front and went corporate there has literally been no help for the customers! 3 separate days and office is still closed. Including all day Sunday no one on site, bring back kat

BEST SELF STORAGE IN VTA COUNTY!!
We are 110â„… ecstatic about our new unit we just signed up for. We started on Spare foot which is a one stop shop for area storage companies & gives price n detail comparisons as well as any avail discounts or move in deals. It was user friendly n took no time at all. We got a deal of 50%off 1st Mo. The monthly rent $57 and one time fee $20 to sign up. We were helped, EXTREMELY WELL, by ofc mgr Shirley, who was spunky, very friendly and knowledgeable. She's been there 20 years!! Anyhow she had a little trouble accessing the order correctly thru internet and spare foot. It wasn't transmitting correctly n she mentioned she had issues last few days with their system interfacing with their own. For our inconvenience she ended up giving us a 6 Mo discount for 25% off. WOW!! after losing everything we had in the 2017 fire, you have no idea how much this means to us! Casitas storage gets a thumbs up from us n we HIGHLY recommend them for several reasons, very clean property, friendly n helpful staff, comparable sized units, LOWEST PRICE MONTHLY (before discounts) in county We could find, excellent security n no worries of our unit being broken in which seems to be an issue at most other places here. Refer a friend and get discount offered too! CASITAS STORAGE IS STELLAR N ROCKS!!

great price, great shape of the units, freight elevator to move heavy items and provide dolly's/carts for help with moving. It's indoor, my unit is on the second floor, and it gets quite hot up there! Plan accordingly.

The lady at the counter was very pleasant and knowledgable
I think her name was Elizabeth, she helped us with the paperwork, showed us the unit and how to use the elevator. I was able to save 10% as a senior (55 up), which makes it way less per month for a 5 x 10 storage room than any other place in the area. It is conveniently located and no traffic.
