Clean and neat
needed to find a climate controlled facility, used selfstorage.com and was linked up to a facility within one hour from our new home since there isn't anything like this in Ahoskie, NC.
The grounds are neat and maintained. So far I am pleased with the accommodations.

Unfortunately the unit I wanted was already given to someone else. They offered me a unit,(not Climate controlled) and I took that instead. I gave it prorated and one month free so I accept it.

We hate having to use storage, but you all have made it more pleasant with your friendly service. We hope to be able to cut back on the number of units we have----just because we really, really need to do that. It's ridiculous.

Very helpful
I have to say that when l got diagnosed with cancer and had to stop work I called them and asked for their help with an extension. They did. If it wasn't for them that would have added more stress to my life. I would like to say thank you all very much. I appreciate you all in my time of need.

Well lit, 24 hour access, very clean
Make sure you call the facility after using sparefoot, as they rented my space to someone else. Mistake was rectified immediately, but had to move in a day later. Staff was nice, unit was clean, and price is comparable to other places in the area. Convenient to the highway, but driving is a bit tight as it is a small place.
