Deceitful Management
Apparently, they are under new management or that is what we were told. The new manager stuck a $12 insurance fee on our invoice. We showed him an email we sent with proof of insurance, but he said his hands are tied and added a late fee. We called the 800 number and was told a district manager would call only to receive a call back from the facility manager. He said the district office was giving him a hard time for reversing too many incorrect charges. Now with additional late fees its up to $70. We have been there for 20 years. Not a lot of money but the principle.... They are losing a customer because of their error. See ya.

Very friendly & professional business
They were extremely friendly & helpful from the moment I walked in. Shan knew about my reservation, showed me the unit upfront, told me about the facility & answered all my questions thoroughly & patiently. Adrian was also there to answer questions about after hours problems & demonstrated the same professional & courteous behavior. The facility is very clean and unlike many other facilities I’ve visited that said they were climate controlled, this one actually was as it was scorching hot outside but the interior was very comfortable. The rate offered on SpareFoot was happily accepted & the paperwork to sign in was quick and painless. I hope to have a long relationship with them as long as I’m in need of storage space. Highly recommended.

Greatly impressed by the friendly service and the property itself.
Came to this place after a bad experience with other storage units further East. Great customer service in setting up this situation, as I had to arrange the perfect day to move from one 5 x 10 to a 5 x 10 unit at this property. One example of the service is that when I expressed a need for a wider, roll-up door as opposed to a swinging door (due to a big couch), they were able to find a unit that had such a door. The process to register/sign up was easy and friendly, and they offered bottles of water for free to myself and all my friends who helped me move on that day. Friendly service walked me through the property and how to best reach my unit from the many outside entrances. The property itself actually feels climate controlled, as opposed to my previous unit by Seven Corners, where it was only minimally warmer in the Winter and minimally cooler in the Summer. The previous property also had at least one incident of flooding which I was never informed about. This Air and Space property was clean and did not smell like mildew, which was very welcome! Though at a half hour from my home, the move was definitely worth it!

The staff was very professional, courteous, and helpful. All aspects of the contract, policies, access procedures, payment options, etc., were explained and the staff provided helpful tips. They even loaned me a temporary lock when I forgot mine! The facility is safe, clean, and easy to get in/out. I highly recommend Air & Space Self-Storage.

I have used a storage unit in the past, not SpareFoot, and didn't realize what a gem SpareFoot is. Management is exceptionally professional, considerate, and knowledgeable. The storage area is very, very clean, secured by numerous cameras and on-site, 24-hour managers. I am very happy to recommend SpareFoot.

After renting one unit, I decided it was too big so requested smaller unit. No problem! After picking up storage unit in another city, knew the smaller unit was too small! Called and requested larger unit. No problem! Day of move, helpers did not show up; called Heather and George - gave me six contacts. Spotless and well lit. Superior customer service.
The storefront, storage area and grounds were spotless! The storage area is well lit and a comfortable temperature. The customer service was excellent! Although we arrived shortly before closing, we were not rushed in the least. We were shown three available units and they were able to give us the unit closest to the door. A surprisingly pleasant experience.
