AMAZING SERVICE!!!
Ali is amazing!!! They go above and beyond at Texas City Self Storage! The price is good. The storage unit was perfect for my needs and wow it was so clean. The customer service is exceptional and that is worth so much now days. If you're looking for a storage unit do not pass this location up. The prices are good and Ali the manager is one of the nicest people you could ever meet not to mention very polite and respectful. I highly highly recommend this location.

Ali saved the Day!!
I made a reservation online and when I got there early then The place was gated up and locked. Ali the manager had called me personally to ask so I had his direct contact number and called him to see when he’d be back. He immediately said I’ll skip lunch and be right there. The rental agreement and whole signing the lease, giving me a lock and key and answered all the questions I had extremely fast and it made my day be easy and stress free. I thank Ali for coming to my rescue and he’s always so helpful when I see him monthly when I go to storage. Thanks Ali!!!

Received help on Sunday when they are usually closed!
The gentleman that manages this facility is very nice and extremely helpful as I needed to get in to my unit to unload my Jeep, I called him and he came right over, this was on a Sunday they are normally closed! So he really went above and beyond for me, he is someone you can count on! I would recommend this facility to anyone. Thank you again Mr. Ali you're the best

excellent customer service
ali was very nice and welcoming. i got a great price on one of the units the paperwork was so fast and easy. i will recommend this storage to anyone i know. i had went to another storage company and they weren’t nice and good as this one. everything was simple and no extra fees 10/10

If you need simple and affordable!
The gentleman that runs this facility is nice and very helpful. The units are basic and I wouldn't recommend storing expensive items or clothes unless they are sealed well or you can get insurance. Basically if you need a cheap spot for inexpensive things to clear room out in your home this is a good one.
