Not smooth move in
Lockaway was not easy to work with. I had to call customer service three times to even speak to someone then they could only open the gate but not help with me being able to open it with myself. Then I was told to speak to the office staff who was not there.

Amber is excellent as well as Sammy both girls are very helpful friendly and explain
Everything clear, Amber showing me my Storage location and entering and exiting from location ðð
I wish you would put lights inside these storage it bad and unsafe could get a law suit

Great service!
I was in a desperate situation and needed a storage unit because my escrow go delayed. After I made a reservation, I found a unit closer to my new home and they transferred my reservation with no trouble.

Iâm not sure if her name, but the receptionist at the 281 store was so helpful and courteous. The rest of the experience was good as well, but she is what stands out because she was so helpful and patient.

Exceptional service and reasonable prices!
It was one the best experiences I have had renting a storage space in over 18 years! New automation and technology have enhanced historical issues and brought a better experience without all the challenges. The facility is not as large as some of the other places in the U.S. that I have used, but for my needs and was so close to my home. Highly recommend this facility for storage needs and their updated system for ease of use and access.
