Surprise price increases once in

Pros: * Easy access, Cleanish, Carts available to help move Cons: * 3 price increases within 19 months, Slow access to Elevators, Units in inconvenient places, requires custom lock purchase Overall: Wouldn't recommend if you are trying to get a good deal, once in they will increase the price significantly. Personal experience: Purchased online special & saved the first month but terrible unit location. We've received 3 price increases over the last 19 months which is about 80% more than the original agreement (I understand increases, but almost double?). I am writing this review because they are advertising units like mine at 40% less than what we pay, so I assume new renters will also receive a similar steep price hike within months.

Call early afternoon and was helped to find the perfect location. Went to that location that afternoon (right before closing)—the staff were patient, friendly and very helpful! Found exactly what I wanted, at the right price, and in record time!!!! Amazing in this day and time! Would definitely recommend them!

First time experience was amazing!

This is my first time looking into a storage unit. My mom found this place and I thought I’d look online and see what I could find. I reserved a unit and not even 10 minutes later Cody called me to see if I had any questions or needed any assistance. I have worked in customer service for 3+ years and Cody & Natasha (I believe that is the name she left on the card) were wonderful. The information was very clear and they made sure I had no confusion. The place is so clean 🧼 that’s a great start to see how clean & organized their property was. I am more than willing to pay additional $10 a month to keep my things safe. The prices are great, I love that I felt so welcomed and it wasn’t for just my money. I will be finishing my paperwork Friday. I didn’t have to think twice to know I would be using this company! ☺️
