Cleaness
Front desk clerk & I used the elevator to my storage facilty. The elevator was filthy & smelled like urine. Needless to say I paid 3 months up front and never used the storage facilty.

Great location.
The location Is good, close to a lot of things. The facility itself is nice, clean, just wish they had more carts to move things with.. very quiet. The front office did have a problem when setting up my storage they gave me an occupied one, but the resolved it pretty quickly. Would recommend.

The best storage place in town.
I love the security of this place. It is private and very clean. Michelle the manager is amazing. She helped us from the first phone call through the very end. I made online reservations on a Friday and moved in the next day. Easy decision. Couldn't be more happy.

Booked a unit online , Marc helped me out in a matter of 20 minutes quick and easy. Only problem was that the storage unit didn't lock, the lock mechanism was put on wrong . Luckily Marc had written down his number just in case I needed anything. I called him around 10pm and he showed up in less than 15 mins and handled the problem. That man deserves a raise

Great facility with amazing customer service
I am so glad I reserved a storage unit with Lockaway! The manager Marc went above and beyond to help reduce my stress and make sure that I was able to store my stuff. My family and I are driving cross country from California to South Carolina. I wanted to drop off my stuff on the way through Texas because I will be moving there next month. Due to our tight schedule and long drive we were only in the area long enough to secure my belongings and leave. However we arrived over two hours after the 4:30 closing time. Marc gave me his personal cell number and told me to call upon arrival. I still can't believe he was willing to come back to work after hours just for me. Thank you Marc!

The complex is brand new and clean. Marc -the manager-is super friendly and went the extra mile to make my move in go well. He offered advice on size of units I needed as well as explaining what to expect in great detail. This is my first move into storage so I really appreciate that extra effort!

thev unit I rented is climate controlled an it was very affordable the best I khad found as i did look at a few differnt companys as well. Its feels very secure and the location great in a very safe area. The process reserving the unit online was simple an the managger w as extremely nice and helpful . Answering and explaining all my questions and everything I needed to know walking me thru the contract.The facility is also brand new and very clean .I will definetly recommend this facility to my friends and family!
