Items covered in rat poop and water

I stored my items in the storage a few years ago and just getting back to it due to my daughter being ill when I open my storage everything was covered in rat poop and water damage and the insurance is only paying me $250 minus the deductible for the rat poop they will not cover the water damage I would not recommend this place to anyone

The woman I spoke to on the phone was excellent, she got all my information and everything was ready to go when I got to the storage facility. When I got there, the young lady at the front desk was polite got my account set up immediately. She was able to help me get the best deal possible.

good people good company

what makes any company great it's the people, you can have a great plan or a great program or a great a product but if you have mediocre people working for you, your business it's a mediocre business. I have lived in different cities and I have used storage rooms from various storage companies for more than 15 years. so I can compare apples to apples, and in reality a storage room it's a storage room. but what makes the difference it's the people you are dealing with... all I can say that you have a great employee I'm talking about Kim, she has been wonderful to me, she is a good character, sweet, cordial, very respectful and of course very helpful, and as long as you have great people like Kim working for your company, you will have a great company and a lots of happy customers and I'm one of them... so having saying that I'm pleasure to give a five stars rating to Public Storage for the excellent service I have received and also for keeping the buildings and the whole area super clean... Thanks!

The lady Alexis was nice but she didn't...

The lady Alexis was nice but she didn't inform me in everything. After I got my unit I was happy. Then the nightmare began. My husband loaded up the truck went over to the unit but he could not get in. They failed to give us the door code to get in. The. She explained to me that I could not use a pad lock. I was told I could. The next day I had to go back over to find out we couldn't use the pad lock we had to use a cylinder lock that Kim was very nice and explained. But now we have everything we need thanks to Kim.

It's not often you find a place that really cares about the spaces you rent, Alexandra has shown me that there are good passionate people in all work fields. I've never had an experience that was filled with so much genuine intention. :) I'll most certainly be back if I ever find myself in another pinch and need to store my precious belongings again.

I was waiting more than 2 hours outside the property with all my stuff in hot sun. Then I saw Ms. Victoria walking in the property. She was off on Labor day, but she went and came back in uniform and help me all the way. Earlier I called Public Storage customer service and no good response, extremely poor. I was told Area Manager is going to call me, but no call from corporate big boss. She is very sweet and take her job very seriously. She is the best I have ever seen. She deserve to be property manager, because the way she she treat customers and the property is more like personal. I was very mad earlier but she made everything so smooth and best way possible that I forgot all my inconvenience and became very very happy. I demand Public Storage to give her the credit she deserve and make her property manager, because she is the best candidate for this job, period.

Very Pleasant Experience

We had to book a last minute storage unit. I called the location and asked the lady if we could just come in, even though they prefer to have appt, she said yes. We got there and the lady at the front desk was very pleasant. She was on the phone taking care of a customer but she didn't let that stop her from acknowledging us. and from what we could tell she was being chewed out by a customer that hadn't paid his bill on time. She was very nice to the customer the whole time, even when having to repeat what she told him over and over. Once she was off the phone she was very personable and easy to talk to. I say that cause I don't just talk to ppl like they're my friend but felt that was about her.
