Great Company, Easy Move In, Courteous Staff

Moving from NC to Houston and needed RV storage. Made easy reservations over the phone. On drop off day the staff was extremely helpful with getting the RV stored quickly and processing the paperwork efficiently. Had contact with the owner and the site manager. Both were very accommodating and treated me like a valued customer. Their second facility is undergoing modernization and they said it should be done in 3 weeks (1 May 17). I highly recommend HP storage. They pay attention to the small details that make the difference.

No-frills storage with very good service

Location is very convenient, halfway between IAH airport and Houston energy corridor. Security is alright with digicode, CC cameras and a very helpful manager living on-site. The floor facility is only covered partially with concrete and about half of the floor is made of dirt which is ok for storing boats and large vehicles, but it make the facility rather dusty. I used their services for storing my car during a long business trip and I buy a car cover for protecting it from the dust. I would definitely recommend this place as the service, location and price are all very good.

New facility still in development - great customer service-great prices

I had a good experience in storing my car at HP storage. The facility is still under construction. They are making improvements on their storage areas. The customer service was very good. I would recommend my friends.
