Great customer service but the unit size I reserved was not available so I had to take the next size up for additional cost.

Not happy about the unavailable storage unit I reserved but was in a time crutch so had no choice but to take. Not sure who's fault that is, the storage facility or website where I reserved.

reality

When I arrived the unit size I requested and was e-mailed was ready ... wasn't. Was told I may be at the wrong storage facility. I wasn't and had the e-mail on the phone to show him. Had to take another size unit. Units are reasonably clean and appear very secure. I bought a lock there as I planned and they don't rip you off on the price but I suggest you get a better quality lock and bring it with you. Andrew, the salesman, was very friendly and helpful
