Preston was very efficient, friendly, patient and kind.
He explained everything in detail regarding the units, pricing and rules.
He gave us a guided tour of the facilities, pointed out the cameras, rodent prevention, insect control and water runoff maintenance.
We were impressed and rented a unit.
Preston is an asset to the company.

Clean facility friendly Staff but additional fees
Move in was fast and easy once i got in touch with the front office clerks. They leave the office frequently for errands and their breaks ,- it'd be helpful If the lunch times were posted somewhere on the website so that people could avoid coming at those times. My other recommendation for improvement is to have a clerk spend a lot more time discussing the need for renters insurance, their carrier and/or acceptable alternative to it. I was kind of railroaded into purchasing their insurance without them even explaining or describing into me. He does an additional fee above and beyond the rental fee

Great customer service
