Excellent storage

Family has been using for years
Since my family moved to clarksville (13years) we have always stored here. We've never had a problem.
This is the first time I'm renting under myself instead of my parents and it was fair in price, super easy and quick to get set up! Thank you miss debbie!

Your local, friendly, cost-effective solution.
I used to store my items with some of those bigger ‘chain’ companies until I found this place. I had storage with US Storage for a few years and even stored items with them when they were known as Watchtower Storage. Unfortunately, their rates kept increasing on me even though nothing had changed on the property. Great folks and great storage, but this place charges almost 1/2 as much for 1 1/2 times the space and promised me rates would not change no matter the longevity of my stay. The lady working the front is so friendly and sweet, she helped build the place with her husband years ago and continues to work there even after she had sold the place. What a delightful experience storing with this company. The only downfall is the gravel paths instead of it being paved, but that’s something I can deal with when having peace of mind over my monthly storage budget. Thank you.

This facility does not honor reservations.
Made the reservation had a confirmation number- on move in date the VERY RUDE LADY handling the front desk told us she didnt care about our reservation, it wasn't her problem! Bad Customer service- and VERY RUDE ATTENDANT! INCOMPETENT!!!!!

Convenient, affordable, clean
Communication was good and paperwork straight forward. The spot we were assigned to park our boat in had a spike with a censor in the ground we were not made aware of. We didn’t see the censor in the dark, and backed our boat over it, rendering us unable to exit the facility. No after hours number to contact. We were able to fix it, but a heads up about the censor would have been helpful

Fantastic service and great price - best I saw in town
Great service, great price. This unit is convenient and only 3 minutes from us. Two puppies even greeted us at the door, can't get better than that.

Great storage option
The lady behind the desk was very helpful. I received the unit fast and with no problems. When I realized I needed a bigger unit they swapped it over for me with no hassle. This place has been amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
