Working great so far. Parking lot is gravel and seems clean. I can’t really speak for the storage units as I am not using one.

Praises
We were originally drawn to the facility because it was a family-owned business. When it changed hands, we were concerned the atmosphere may lose the family feeling. When we learned Kelli was going to remain on staff, our concerns were laid to rest. Kelli is an asset which should be highly guarded!

Kelli has always been the best!
Kelli is the most professional sweetest human I know. She is not only handling the business side of the storage facility she takes the time to truly get to know her customers. I have always felt like family with Kelli and I was beyond thrilled when she stayed on as an employee!

This is a wonderful facility in Chandler, definitely the best value for the money I could find. This place is very clean, conveniently located, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. they also offer 24 hour gate access for a small fee if you want it. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Paid ahead and been out almost 3 months and no refund yet
No one seems to know why. I had 3 units at one time and paid ahead. They have my paperwork, know the issue. When I was there this week they said they would email office again and see what the issue is. I left 3 units clean and ready and can't seem to get any satisfaction yet. Yard is good, office people are great. But whoever handles this issue is a complete failure. Keep their money for 3 months and they will auction off your stuff and charge interest.

Truly Fast & Easy
I even got a U-Haul van rental with zero notice right from Fast & Easy Self Storage.
The customer service was outstanding and the unit was exactly as described. I don't know why the security ratings for this place weren't high. There's a person living on the premises all the time and only one way in or out and that's through a secured gate.

Cindy was MARVELOUS!!!
I had made some calls to different storage locations and none of them wanted to work with me. Called Cindy at Fast & EZ self storage and she was awesome. Gave me a better rate than advertised online. She said a 10x10 would be $75 the first month, the second month was free, and the third would be at a 20% discount. Went in several days later to see the unit and check out the area. Its tucked off the main road so it was quiet and clean. Cindy helped me out. She showed me the unit and other facilities on site. As we were talking she mentioned that the complex had recently finished some construction and the unit she quoted on the phone wasn't available, so she wanted to put me in the next step up for the same price. We went in to fill out the paperwork. I was asking if she could offer me any other discounts for things like paying several months in advance. She said she was going to give me the upgraded unit and instead of a discount on the 3rd month she would just reduce the rate to $60/mo and I would still get the 2nd month free! She also threw in a brand new lock for the unit as well and would allow me to have 24x7 access to my stuff! I walked away with a larger unit for less money!!! Cindy was amazing! Fast and EZ self storage is AWESOME!!!
