Tuff move
I had a tuff move from Florida to ny but public storage didn’t make it hard for me to get into my unit with time & precision.I’m very happy just what I needed and I knew this before I even got to move in .thank you public storage.

Good service okay unit
Customer service very good. Unit itself is not 24 hours and fairly dark with ceiling pipes and wall pipes that do take up a small portion of the volume of the unit.

While I am very happy with my new...
While I am very happy with my new storage space, and the monthly rate, I am a bit unhappy about the lack of parking. I have to park a block awa from the building. Fortunately, I invested in a folding cart which makes it easier to transport boxes.

GIANNI WAS WONDERFUL. Very,very helpful. Answer all question before I could even ask them. She ensure I knew how to get around the property and how to work the locks. She also was proactive with ensuring i still wanted my unit. Thank you GIANNI for great customer service.

Very easy and pleasant experience. Gianni was very helpful and specific with information and answers to questions. She made sure I understood everything, and double checked that I had all my info set before I left. Its nice to deal with someone with a smile and a sense of humor. I've gone a few times now and its an easy experience. No issues getting in or using a trolley either. The automatic sensor lights are a nice touch too.
