Excellent and speedy service
The promptness of CubeSmart is part of the reason why I chose them. Within a day I was able to make a reservation, sign all of the paperwork and get my items stored. The facility was clean, dry and very secure.
There was one little problem that I had however: renters or homeowners insurance is a must, unless you want to pay for theirs. This was not indicated anywhere on selfstorage.com or on CubeSmart's site. Not expensive but it is definitely something that should be mentioned.

Fast and Easy
I needed space for some things while I'm between apartments and found this location online. Once there, Frank was very helpful and nice. Showed me the space before signing so I could be sure that was what I needed. Everything was fast and easy. Great!

Frank was the biggest help and gave the best customer service I've received in a while. He answered a lot of questions I didn't know I had and really made sure I got a great deal on my storage. He explained everything and walked me through it literally so I didn't feel rushed out the door, or like there were gimmicks. Really great value and great prices

Great facility
CubeSmart really blew my mind because you are able to literally drive your car into the building and visit your unit while shielded from the elements. Itâs very clean and well-lit. I have used other facilities in the past and this one surpasses the others. I was met with excellent customer service.
