got a 10 by 15 with shelving really help us a lot extra spacing to keep everything organized excellent customer service paperwork done in less then 10 minutes would refer to friends and family

Efficient courteous and informative service!

I had called an 800 # and asked for an available space to rent that day near my home. I was recommended Extra Storage and the reservation was set. Carolyn called me to confirm but she had to leave a voice message because I was busy packing. When I was able to call back Carolyn was very friendly and let me know I had until 6:00. I was able to get there just before 6:00. I was sweaty and tired but Carolyn and Dave were very calm and pleasant. They efficiently walked me through the complete process and I was very relieved and satisfied that I had chosen the right storage for my situation. I was able to move everything in the next late afternoon. Everything fit perfectly. I was struck by the fact that the complex was so clean and organized. I felt confident again that I had made the best choice. This made the difficult task of moving my very sick sons 1 bedroom apartment into storage while he recovers from this serious illness. Thank you for making this a little easier for me. 😃
