Rough start, but turned out ok.

It was a rough start, I called and was told the 10x10 unit was available and the office was open at the location mon-sat and closed on Sundays. The unit was put on hold, and I was given a confirmation number. When I got there on Wednesday the office was closed for the day and it seemed like this was a scheduled closing. I was then forced to do an electronic registration over the phone and now the unit I had a confirmation number for was no longer available to me and I was now being charged a higher monthly price. The good news was, that I got a unit that day, and moved in, without having to change locations since the movers and the truck were already at the property. Personally, I think the call center and the locations need to get on the same page and when a confirmation number is given then the rate should be honored for the same size unit at the same location.

Really friendly place, with the perfect space

I was able to reserve on-line and then utilize space on a schedule that fits my life. Jay got right back to me, and gave me good info. Laurie showed me the facility when I got there, and got me a box truck to help my move.. This place is a 9.5 out of 10.

A great choice!

I just moved some spare furniture into a unit at Uncle Bob's Self Storage on Frenchtown Road in East Greenwich and couldn't be more pleased. From the professionalism and friendliness of the staff to the cleanliness and security of the facility -- AND the modest monthly rental fee -- it is so much better in every way than the competing facility in Exeter where I had been storing my stuff until a HUGE price increase caused me to seek out other options. Try Uncle Bob's -- you won't be disappointed!
