I went to the storage facility and rent a unit. The lady there was very prompt and courteous and the process was quick. The entrance to the gated facility is very simple and the drive way inside the building is pretty wide. The units are nice and looked spacious and clean. I'd recommend this place to someone if they needed a storage unit.

Price over quality

Overall, it's a decent storage facility. It is an older property and could use updating. The elevator system very outdated, had some issues with the automatic gate and if the office person is out onsite it could take awhile to get any help. But from what I could tell, the security system seems sound, lots of cameras and video screens in the office, hours of operation are good (wish the inside units were accessible a bit later), the lady that helped me was very friendly and pleasant and there aren't too many places you can get 5x10 storage for under $90.

As for me, the prices seems to go up every couple of months. The elevator on the facility where I am located has been out of service for some months. Seems like they are not willing to fix it.

I've kept my storage unit for over a year!

The facility is always clean. And every time I've been there I've had no problems what so ever. I also will add that safety isn't an issue.always feel secure. I don't worry about my belongings being there. Great place. The staff is very helpful and professional!

Where do I begin...

I needed storage. Saw an ad for $29 a month. Excellent rate! Since then, the rate keeps going up and up now I pay about double what I started with. Sucks. I've been recently thinking of moving my storage closer to home with a more reasonable rate. The Steelers fan at the front desk is cool. Great customer service.

Our experience was great, but due to the limit access time in the evening, I would not recommend to friends. Its difficult to get access to the unit/facility during the week when you have a 8 am to 5pm job.

Security in the facility is not what it looks like that's one, The other is that the hour of operation for the customer is not their and they have someone living there at the premises which I think that is a good thing. Incase something would go wrong their is someone there to call for help and the other thing they should have more hours to have access to the storage facility from morning to dawn which again they have someone living there. Again you should worry about the customer not the person that is living in the facility. YOU WANTED MY OPINION THEIR IT IS
