We are first time storage unit renters and My husband and I recommend this facility 100% the ladies in the office were very welcoming and extremely helpful!!! The ladies had seen the stuff on the trailer and she recommended we got a smaller unit because the one we had reserved was entirely to big and the one she recommended was a little bit cheaper and it was the perfect size we needed

Great Place

I have had several storage units over last 20 years. This place from researching to renting was extremely easy and fast. The rates are very competitive, and the facility is clean. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. Took less than 5 minutes to complete the paperwork.

Ed was incredibly friendly and greeted me with a smile immediately. He got all the paperwork squared away and showed me the facility, ensuring I knew how the gate and lock worked. I was able to inspect everything before I committed. It was a great rental experience and so far have had no issues with the facility.

I was about to walk out and choose another place to rent storage but the attendant that day was so personal and caring. Not only did she treat me so well that I didn't walk out, I rented a unit and moved stuff in that weekend.

Decent despite inconsistent information

The guy on the phone who made my reservation quoted me a certain price and it was locked in. When I went in person to sign up officially, there was an extra $10 monthly fee I wasn't informed of over the phone which is for security and it's mandatory. I was told over the phone that renter's insurance is mandatory but that was not true when I signed up in person. Inconsistent information is extremely frustrating. Also our gate code didn't work the first time we tried it and nobody was in the office (after hours) so we literally had to guess different PINs until one worked. There was no emergency instruction left for the after hours phone operator. Still a decent facility at a decent price though. The lady there was friendly.

Nicest CSR I've been around in years. Very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Even though it was close to closing, they did not rush me. Asked several times if I had any questions and if I didn't they asked me about different things. Wonderful team.

Management is unorderly and not on the same page was very rude if even a day late our unit leaked which soaked box's of dishes and ruined our mattress and TV standand when we started unpacking boxes some of our clothing was shredded like rats ate it would not recommend

I went in on Sunday morning to rent my storage unit. There was a very nice woman working behind the counter. She was very friendly and helpful. I chose this place because they were open on Sunday and weren't crazy expensive. I looked at several places online before renting and I kept going back to them. I am very satisfied with my experience.
