Awful customer service

We had a bad experience. Address was not clear. No one answers the phone. Then we were locked in which no on told us it locks after nine. Had to call the police to let us out. Waited in 112 degree weather!!!!!

Run far away!!!!!!!

We have rented a unit from this facility for about 10 years now. Changed owners 4 times. Rent keeps going up and the rules keep changing. Today we went to get something out and the security gate was wide open. We opened the unit and there was so much rat crap. In the last 10 years we have had none!! I called the office and was told they know of the gate issue. And could not give me a time frame of when it might be fixed. The lady on the phone was super rude! I want to know how is my storage secure. At this point anyone with bolt cutters could cut the locks. I’m super upset and unhappy. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
