This is a decent place to store belongings. Everything was done online. They did not activate my code when they said they would but I called back and it was done instantly

The agent I spoke to was friendly and made it hassle free to move in. Unit was priced well. Overall I would recommend again.

Don't do it, I was robbed No one there

This place is unmanned, unsecured, and no communication, they are never there and never available. They took over 2 months to reply to my email that my father died and stop charging us. All the while auto drafting 2 months of 2 storage U units. Additionally, my units were broken into and some irreplacable items were taken as well as items that cost more money. Totalling 10000.00. And there is no one to talk to about it cause they are invisible and dont care at all, i mean my goodness, my dad died. Thus is unacceptable plus we bought the insurance and they should replace the items but again no one to talk to. AND it happened to 8 other units. Thus is not okay and we will get an attorney. SO STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE OR NOT PEOPLE, USE PUBLIC STORAGE THEY ARE THERE CLEAN REASONABLY PRICED AND NOT DICKS.
