When I made my reservation over the phone I asked the the representative, was my billing cycle going to be billed day of move in month to month or 1st-end of month (Aug prorated) he told me I would not be required to pay anything at the time of move in, but to ask the Mngr at the time of move in about the future billing cycle. However, I had to pay an administrative fee. I was not able to move in the reserved date, because when I arrived the office had closed early. I moved in the next day (8/24) it was very quick and The Manager and her employee were pleasantly nice.

I am so glad I was able to rent a unit that was in my budget.

Most storage places I was looking at were high I cost. For a 5x10 unit at the other storage places were going to charge me $79-$89 a month. Here for that cost is was able to rent a 5x15 unit. The manager on duty was very helpful. She was very pleasant to talk to. So far I like this company.

Pleasant experience

The only thing that I would say is a negative is that it was super Hot 🔥 move in day. The Lady that assisted me with the rental was very helpful although she wasn't at the office when I got to the facility when I called the # on the door she answered and said that she would be back asap. Wanted to see the unit so I would know what size I needed before I got the uhaul.
