Not Ready for Move In
The facility was not ready for us on our scheduled move in date. We put our RV in a temporary spot and have to return to move it once they are ready. Not very organized and a lot of âitemsâ lying around. Hopefully when we return, the ânice spotâ we were promised will be ready.

I had a good experience
I had got put out and they made space for me right away the storage units are very nice size for their prices. And the people are very nice and respectful the other day I went by to pick up some stuff and the lady played with my 2year cause she found her ball and couldn't sit still. I will recommend Storage solution to everyone

Very accommodating!
We called and moved in on the same day due to an emergency situation. Staff was very friendly, helpful and even stayed late so we could finish moving our last load in! It's very convenient to have this storage facility right in the heart of Cleveland. Prices are reasonable.

Affordable but wouldn't recommend.
The place was sketchy, dirty and irresponsible. Make sure to have them remove the money from your account automatically rather than calling every month. I don't recommend this place at all.

False representation
When I was looking for a storage facility I was looking for one that was climate-controlled this one was advertised through spare foot as being climate controlled as well as posting on their building when in fact they were not so all of my things have been damaged and I'm in pursuit of trying to figure out how I can get compensation
