Great move-in experience
We are so grateful to have this down the road for our upcoming move to a new house. It has allowed us peace of mind in moving some things so we don't have to pack a huge truckload in a single day. The locker is clean, fairly easily accessible, and the area seems very secure and safe.
Only downside was that we did bring our own lock, and informed the front desk of this, and were still charged and given YOUR lock. I wish there was an option to decline that.

Quick, easy, clean
Customer service was great. The lady called me to confirm the reservation, stayed a little later for me to come by and check out the unit before I confirmed and paid, and the place was very clean and the unit is easily accessible for me. Great experience!

Awesome Experience
After looking at multiple other facilities to store my company equipment, I finally came across Store America on Henry Clay Blvd in Liverpool, NY and couldn't be happier with the prices, facility and especially the customer service. Krystal was awesome and met every one of my needs with no questions asked for a much lower price. I have already added another unit and will be adding another soon. As a sales pro, I know the importance of customer relationships, retention and especially referrals to grow my own business.
