No customer service

Facilty provide zero cuatomer service or moving instruction. it took 2hr for us to settled in because we use the wrong elevator. Property manager did not return phone call. She shut her door at 2pm and left.

Happy Holidays to. Public Storage. .the young Man At Valley View location name.* Eric.* I understand THAT he's very young .but honest to God he's An energetic , enthusiastic and Very Personable young Man...I'm 62 yrs old. As soon as I walked in the Door THERE were a man At the counter b4 Me. I noticed *Eric* Behavior And GORGEOUS Eyes were very helpful in Assisting the Gentleman which was A piece of Work ..but Eric entered him in the Computer ....Bid him a Good Holiday. And ASKED very pleasantly MAY I HELP YOU....NOW THERE'S A LADY CHIT CHATTING DISTRACTING HIM.... AND HE STILL GAVE HER THE correct change.....I think Eric is the type of Guy who will give me s WAKE-UP CALL......THANK YOU... HAPPY HOLIDAYS....... LIFE..... KEEPING IT 300
