Great Move In Experience
The customer service went very well. The property manager was very courteous in escorting me to the rented storage room, where my mover had already started moving things in, from the office. This was very kind as I am disabled and have a walker. There were several heavy doors to go through. She walked ahead opening them. They were heavy steel doors, so I greatly appreciated this. The site is clean and the code box to enter the elevator was updated and modern and easily operated. A very good experience.

My unit had water in it and they found another unit. It was smaller and I did not get a change in price which was unfortunate

I had fun moving in!
Believe it or not, I actually had fun moving in!
First of all, I want to thank the manager. We were on the bus there and realized we were going to be late. We called the office and the manager said he would stay until we came. we came at 6:20, 20 minutes after closing time, and the manager was still there for us. He was funny and friendly and easygoing, worked efficiently, and explained everything very clearly to us. He made us feel like we were his friends and answered all of our questions and told us great stories.
We had a fun time unpacking because there were a bunch of other people unpacking/packing up too, and we had to figure out how to get the elevators to stay open since we were there past the closing time at 9 when the elevators lock up. It was a fun experience!
