Great Storage Facility
It has everything I could want or ask for. It has a golf cart, it has a lift, climate control, security and free perks (keys, truck). I'm so glad I chose A Self Storage. I am actually going to be recommending to my family.

I love that this facility is family owned and runs off of solar. I just wish it was also climate controlled, only thing preventing me from giving it 5 stars. For what it is though, the price is great

I love my Storage !!!
My wife and I were so impressed with the safety and cleanness of the facility; also I like the great help that provide us the elevator and cart for moving our boxes and other stuff to the 2nd floor.
We were checking different places and we decided keep with this one, for the special treatment that we received from the staff,really they did amazing customer service.

Move in tome
I was happy with the customer service but I was also disappointed with the move in process. I was told I would receive a free van for move in and than once I got in the truck, it didn't work so I had to rearrange my whole schedule and rent a van in addition to the move itself.
They did offer me a 30.00 credit on next month rental fee but I feel like that doesn't compensate the time and energy lost of the process.
The people are very friendly and helpful.

Customer service was above average and much appreciatedâcertainly the highlight of my experience so far. Prices seem very competitive. The elevator was slow and made an ear-piercing noise. The biggest complaint I have, though, is that the place wasn't as clean as I'd like. Having used other storage facilities in the past (e.g., Manhattan Mini Storage), I found this facility to be sub-par.

We were rushed
We were running late and had to unload a whole truck. We were told we had to get out. The employee saw that we still had some unpacking. did not offer any assistance, did not offer to stay a few minutes later kept insisting that we had to be out in five minutes.

Great customer service!
Very clean and efficient facility, I was VERY impressed with customer service - the office ladies were incredibly helpful and friendly, and gave me some great tips like putting dryer sheets into my boxes to keep the contents fresh (I purchased a non-climate controlled unit, it can get incredibly hot in there). I also really appreciated the free use of the moving truck.
