Less than intended experience.

Didn’t have size space reserved upon going to facility. Then, Nasty customer intimidated employee who allowed customer to berate and threaten us and which lead to accidental run over bag filled with dvds. Disappointed. Not easy to move stuff in at all. Don’t feel welcome to go back until moving belongings out.

Easy sign up same day

The staff are so friendly and the unit is one floor making it easy to move in and out with heavy items. It is very clean and there is plenty of space for your money!

I have nothing really to compare it to, but they were friendly, helpful, fast and the only confusing part was that there were no signs telling you that you need to exit out the other side of the facility.

Good Service and Rate

Requested a 10x20 online from SpareFoot. Received the price and 2 months free. The facility did not have 10x20, however offered 15x15 for the same rate (25 sq ft more). The storage area was clean and security seemed good.
