I was disappointed with the storage unit as a whole, because after the staff is gone for the day, only one door, opens to go in and out in and it makes it incredibly difficult to move a whole U-Haul and that’s all the way across the facility and only be able to go in one door is not something that is convenient for anyone.

Not convenient at all

When I booked the storage room, the online price quote was $146 per month. After reserving it, it changed to $156 per month. When I asked why the price changed, I was told the unit I reserved is closer to the door, making it more convenient therefore more expensive. But when we got there to move our belongings in, that door is out of order. So I’m paying an extra $10 per month for a door that doesn’t work. Also, had to wait an hour and 15 minutes to check in because the attendant was on a break. The office hours are 10-2. I was assuming they would be there the entire time since it’s only a four hour shift

Bought auction unit

I bought a unit for a 150.00 you people said there boxes of new items, And electronics lie every box I went Through had no new items and was completely full of garbage And I mean garbage. I’m a very nice person but this is no different than bilking people out of there hard earned money. I will be putting same type of message on all of the social media sites all over the Omaha and Lincoln area as well unless you people make this rite.truly disgusted.

I moved into this facility a couple of days ago. I am a college student and got a wonderful deal on my unit and I plan to store my things there over the summer. The facility is very clean, temperature controlled, and has big dust filters to keep your items clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to any of your needs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

The first thing I noticed was how big this place is and the ease of access inside. The facility and units are kept very clean and well-maintained. The gentleman assisting me was very helpful and friendly, did my paperwork for me (so, all I had to do was sign) and explained everything I needed to know for a good experience with this facility. I also liked the location of my unit. And, it's very affordable (my unit was just $50/mo.). I could not have found a better place for safe and affordable storage of all my possessions. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs storage without all the usual hassles at other facilities.
