Inside secure climate controlled storage. Our agent, Jess, was thorough. She walked us through the facility which is clean and dry to our unit. Jess showed us the doors closest to it. The facility provides pallet jacks and carts to make moving heavy items easier. Highly recommend.

Best Storage Experience!

The reservation process was completed in a few simple clicks! I was contacted the very next day - by text, which was convenient during a very busy work day. All the documents were signed online and all that was left was to pick up my lock! I love the indoor facility ( I moved during a rainy weekend - at least once I was inside the bulding organizing was not rushed due to the weather) and space in the isles made for easy access with bulky items! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Its storage is good, just a little complicated when you carry heavy things and your storage is on the second level, carrying things up the stairs is complicated, it would be convenient if they had a ramp available to be able to climb the dolly, it is only a suggestion. Also in case the elevator they are building ever fails, thank you.

From the beginning to the end of renting my unit it has been an easy smooth process. I chose a no contact lease and it was fast and easy . Not once did I have to meet in person and not once was I lost in the process. Jess was amazing too! She walked me through the process step by step and was so nice. Thank you jess!!! I walked into affordable family storage to check it out and really liked the place immediately. Jess was super helpful and friendly! We were greeted by Jess, and she was wonderful. The check-in process was quick, and she went back and swept/sprayed while we went to our car to get our first load. The facility was secure, very clean, and they had carts available to help. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

As an out-of-town visitor, I needed a small storage locker to store some of my daughter's personal belongings in between semesters at college. Rosa, at Affordable Family Storage, was extremely helpful, answered my questions and directed me right to the locker in the rather large facility. The locker was clean, easy to use and the facility had carts that made it easier to haul things from my car to the staircase. Overall, a good value at a location that was very convenient.

Jess(I believe was her name)the manager was VERY helpful from the time i came in to ask questions to the time of my actual rental agreement. She made sure I got a space that fit my needs and was accommodating in every way. I never had to use a storage space before, but I'm glad that when I had to this was were I came. Thanks again Jess!!

I was weary about this place at first because the pricing worried me. Once I was there I was really impressed. The staff was amazing. The place is very clean. I love that it is 2 stores. I chose to take a unit on the top floor to keep from any water damage and less chance for bugs or rodents. I do however wish they provided a cart or something on the top floor. Other then that I would defiantly recommend this place.

Nice new location, and the and guy was very helpful. Some larger bugs scattered through the hall ways make you feel a little eery - but I know nothing is perfect and nothing looked like it resembled a roach.

The representative that assisted me with renting my unit at Affordable Family Storage was friendly, knowledgeable and provided me with outstanding professional service. I was pleasantly surprised when he handed me a hefty lock for my unit and told me there was no charge. The climate control facility itself was impressive, and I feel that my belongings will be protected from critters and the elements. There were various sized carts I used, at no charge, to move my possessions into my unit. It was the best experience I ever had in renting a storage unit, and I would recommend Affordable Family Storage to others without reservation.

Great location and price, now only if it was truly secure

Facility is just what we were looking for, but have on two occasions now gone there and someone has detached the sliding door so they don't have to keep entering their unique code to go in the facility. This is my only qualm because I don't feel like this is a secure storage facility if the door is so easily taken off the track or kept from being secure in that you have to enter your # to gain access, allowing anybody to enter/exit at will.
