Lies..

If you need customer service during the hours listed on the door...GOOD LUCK. Been twice and no one is there and when you call the number on the door that says if door is locked during office hours manager is on the property, call this number....it goes to a call center off property who can not help you. So it is literally a crap shoot if there will be anyone there for customer service... Never had this problem with previous owners! Ps. Called the number. Call center said they would have someone return my call in about 5 minutes. I'm still waiting and it's been nearly an hour....

The storage facility is very clean looks nice very well kept up The staff is professional and very nice

Still under construction, yet everyone was friendly

Though this is a new location and the place was still under construction, including office and guest area, everyone was super friendly. I got to meet the General Manager. Everyone in the building was great and they all engaged in a conversation with me. Paper work process was quick and did I mention the price was right in comparison to the other places.
