Perfectly easy.
Austin was amazing! I get lost easily without good landmarks, and he "walked" me (read: cool golf cart) through the whole experience. When you need to put things somewhere (I plan on it being temporary), this really takes the anxiety out of having that stuff around.

The best site Manager ever!
There are so many wonderful things I could say, but I'll keep it simple. My whole experience was amazing. John was informative and respectful. He processed my paperwork very quickly and made sure I left with everything I needed. I feel that my belongings are safe.

Upon check-in 2 people were there to get back into their units after a recent break in at the site. I wouldn't keep anything of real value there.

Customer service was excellent and he was very professional. This is my second time using Uncle Bob's storage. My first impression was great! The representative that helped me was so nice and knowledgeable about her job. We were in our storage unit in no time. Only issue I had was that the facility doesn't have climate control at their location.
