ABSOLUTELY WORRY FREE/STRESS FREE. NOT fake NOT nosey AT ALL!!!!
The person that called these people fake and nosey has got to be A KAREN....This is a storage facility, common sense tells you that these people are doing there job by protecting the unimaginable dollar amount of valuables stored there. If I did not value my stuff then I guess I'd agree with Karen but I do ,along with hundreds of other folks. This is my 1st time ever having a storage unit and it's because it was part of the leaving my abusive marriage process and to say that the thought of having my thing ( the only things I have ) in a vulnerable situation, a place where I had to trust to protect my things was not an easy thing to do because my trust level is at zilch but THANK GOD this is the place I chose. Further more, my mother used this place over 20 years ago to store materials for the half a million dollar house that she was having built and her storage unit was robbed. There was over $30,000 worth of materials stole. Karen would probably bitch and moan if they were not staying g involved

U think these people r so nice...actually fake and nosey
This is a 24hour facility that what they advertise..nope they make thier own rules..thers alot more to the story..and i have contacted the bbb. And trying to find who owns this place to let them know whats going on...horrible experience

IDEAL SIZE
MOST PLACES HAVE A 5 X 10 SIZE STORAGE UNIT WHICH IS TOO SMALL FOR MY NEEDS. THE 6 X 12 UNITS AT THIS FACILITY WAS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. GOOD VALUE.

Great experience, very Nice and helpful when I had to get a larger unit.
I was moving and had really no where to go. Thought I could get everything in a Small storage unit, but it wasn't going to all fit and had to rent the next size up. The man working we exceptionally helpful. Thanks.. It was a great experience. I would recommend this storage facility for sure.

The manager is the sweetest, very friendly, helpful, answered all my questions, even gave me a great tip of a local resale shop that has amazing deals... Thank you so much, the storage units very clean, office is very clean, and management is awesome, very highly recommend storage unit at this diamond in the ruff... 1000000 stars great place , and the cutest 2little dogs live there are so sweet and adorable I felt like I was at home... Love this place... Family friendly... Awesome

Very Friendly
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The lady at the desk greeted us with a smile, offered us a look at the unit we requested to make sure all our items would fit and even put us in a place that would be convenient if we needed to move into a bigger unit in the future. This worked well for us as we are a non profit that stores items until needed.

Jane Dow was great! She had everything ready even though I changed from Saturday to Friday and telling her I would be there in 10 minutes or less. I had contract signed, entry code tried and lock put on the unit and was back home in less then 15 minutes. She sure knows her stuff and does it well! Thanks!!

The price is fair and it is conveniently located. However, the units seem to be older and looks like it has possible leeks with water marks on the walls.

Great Place very friendly employees
When I arrived to check on storage
I met with Jane who was very pleasant and helpful. She took me to a couple of storage bends to check to make sure the one I was getting was large enough or even too large for what I needed.
I moved my items in that weekend without any problems. I recommend Storage Inn-Fenton to anyone needing storage area.
I rate it AAAA++++

Excellent Experience
I moved to MO from TX and Jane was the first person I met when I arrived to town. She was super friendly and made sure I was getting the unit that best served my needs...not just the one that cost the most. I rented from them for about 5 months and have no complaints. The unit was clean and dry and Jane was always friendly. If I need storage space again, I will be returning to A Storage Inn in Fenton.
