Overall I am very satisfied

The manager was very helpful and pleasant. Since this was a holiday weekend. I was surprised to get as good service as I did. understand that I will need to follow-up with questions tomorrow, and that is fine.

We were challenged to find RV storage

We were challenged to find storage for our travel trailer near our home. We called US Storage in Lake Elmo, MN and had everything scheduled in just a few minutes. The process was very easy and Lonette was great to work with. It's great when you find a local company that is easy to work with and treats you like a valued customer. Clean and quick

I began the process online by selecting and reserving the unit I was interested in. When I arrived at the facility I completed the application process and toured the unit with the on-site staff... maybe 15 minutes. The unit was new and clean and in like new condition. I pulled a full size pickup and a 6x12 cargo trailer up to the unit and unloaded it, plenty of room to maneuver the truck and trailer.
