Convenient location

My overall experience was pleasant. The building is easy to miss as the signage is small and not very noticeable from the street; however, I found it after passing it 5 times. My rate was fair, the check in process was easy, and the employee was nice and helpful.

Great customer service

The 10 x 15 rental was clean and as expected. However the door to the entrance was much smaller than I had assumed. I should’ve taken a look at the unit before purchasing it. Also I was required to purchase a cylinder lock which was disappointing for me since I had some padlocks I could’ve used. However, the price was very good overall and I’m satisfied with my experience. All that being said, the staff went out of their way to provide me with bottled water to drink during the grueling time of moving my stuff.
