Overall experience was good
We did have to wait about an hour for the property manager because he was making a bank run that lasted much longer because of the Coronavirus lockdown situation, so I canât really fault the him for that. Everything else went smoothly and the cube was clean.

Best customer service
Whitney is GREAT with her customers she knows them by name and face. She helpful! One day I want to pay my storage bill online and I couldnât remember my unit number, when I called she knew me my units off rip. When going to rent from there make sure you ask for Whitney she will not disappoint you at all!! As long as she there I will refer everyone to her!

Overcharging
I was disappointed to learn they can only prorate you moving in to the storage and not when you leave. So even though I only plan on using the storage for one week next month, I have to pay for the entire month. I believe I am being overcharged. I am not familiar with the area but if I would have been aware of their pricing techniques I definitely would have looked elsewhere.
