Nice and gets the job done.
They had a technical difficulty with their machines so I had to wait a solid 30 minutes before getting my storage unit. Otherwise good customer service.

Customer service was absolutely incredible!!! Monica was SO sweet, patient, quick but detail oriented. Place is very secure, well lit and not what I expected considering the location. Would HIGHLY recommend this site!!!

Yes the prices are the best here. But they REQUIRE YOU TO HAVE RENTERS INSURANCE BEFORE MOVING IN ! Have your own or they will charge you $$. Also in a very seedy area. I asked if these places are safe secure, was told not 100%. It's another reason for the insurance. This place is RIGHT NEXT TO THE LAS VEGAS WASH... FLOOD ZONE!!!! Soooo with that said, you're on your own... but a great price.

Extra charges
Didn't tell me that insurance was not included and charged additionally each month. This makes the unit 50% more expensive each month. This was money I was not planning on spending

Almost perfect.
Everything here is great. The only downside is that they require you to buy insurance, which is an additional monthly fee not included in the price you are quoted. Mine was an additional $12 a month.

Free First Month Not Free
Advertises first month rent-free, but charges an "administrative charge" for the first month that happens to be just about the same as rent. Swears that it is industry standard to do so.
That makes it just about as deceptive as a "resort fee," right?
in ALL other respects a fine operation. Courteous, attentive, prompt, helpful.
