Best in the city.
Claire was absolutely outstanding and helped me get into their very clean and well built facility just south of NuLu. She was my first contact with Louisville since I just gotten into town with all my things and she welcomed me with kindness and attention to detail. She even looked up the number of the car shop her father uses and wrote it down for me. Thanks for the welcome Claire!
I highly recommend this location for all of your storage needs, it seemed well trafficked so I think its no secret with the local community.

Does the trick
Price isn't perfect but as a AAA member it's worth it for a short term rental. Free lock with admin fee was nice. Easy set up and friendly staff.

Clean easy and convienient.
It was easy to rent a storage unit, and the service rep was professional, friendly and informative. The unit was very clean inside. Access is a little tricky due to the fact that two cars can't fit on the road at the same time.

My husband and I recently moved from Florida and needed to put all of our belongings into storage for awhile. Clare in the office is so nice and accommodating. We needed to be able to drop off our items after hours and she was able to get us set-up anyway. The units are very clean and the property is very well taken care of and secure. We recently encountered a small problem with our unit and Clare was more than helpful and accommodating to get things resolved as quickly as possible. She even came and checked on me while I was getting some items situated in our unit. I would highly recommend Spring Street. They really care about taking care of their customers.

After our initial move in problems Claire called first thing on Monday to fix it . She offered us another unit and offered to have her guys transfer our stuff for us. We decided to keep the unit we had temporarily occupied so she had the lock fixed for us and gave us a credit toward the first months rent. She also followed up to make sure we were currently satisfied

Big problem
We were sold a unit that didn't exist. We tried to move in on Saturday but the office was closed and no one returned my call. Left our boxes in a nearuby empty unit as we needed to empty the car but the lock was broken and we couldn't secure the door. It was a poor start as we lost the entire weekend for moving
