The unit I requested had a lock on it and I had to get another one.
I think the check in would be better if it was in an enclosed area, away from the traffic noise and out of the weather! It would be easier to follow the directions and hear the vocal instructions.

Good storage units easy to use. Good customer service.
I would recommend. Takes 5 minutes to get set up and they have auto pay. Great customer service I got switched to a bigger unit 30 seconds over the phone because the one I got was too small.

Good overall
My unit was dirty and had spider webs and spiders everywhere. I recommend the owners spray all the units so that our storage doesn't get infested with bugs and what not! Great service and very convienent!

The owner/manager was very hard to get a hold of for questions. However, the answering line was very helpful. The storage facility was very clean and easy to navigate. The unit was clean however there was a mattress left in the unit. The facility seemed secure.

Great deal and location
Deployments come fast and the staff there was available at last minute notice and I am truly thankful for that. Moving at a moments notice is stressful enough let alone finding a place to store your belongings to do so. Thank you all very much for being there.

Incredible customer service
When I tried to move in, lightning struck some power lines and the kiosk turned off. But I was able to move in the next day without problems. The customer service is absolutely amazing. The people were very nice. 5 stars for everything. Will definitely use this facility again.
