Really quick and easy!
I made the reservation on line. The office called me up within 15 min to confirm. When we arrived on the move-in date, the service was ready and the place was clean. Had to buy a lock, which was sort of a surprise. Otherwise it was just perfect.

The price is way too high for the amount of floor space.
Great location. Nice staff. However, the price is very steep considering the small amount of floor space and last, restricted access hours means if you move in or out slower than planned, you will get thrown out at 7:45 PM or the exact minute they close.

It was okay
It was a bit dusty unlike the last storage place i rented from and the elevator smelled of urine but the cost was amost half the price of the place i rented from prior.

Bad experience that went good at the end of the day
Adrianna, the young lady at the counter, helped me tremendously. I appreciate her attitude considering I was so upset. She took me to the storage unit and explained in detail my unit. I would recommend Cubesmart to my friends

Convienent, Good price, nice service
My daughter needed storage for her things while school was out b/c she was moving to another apartment. We didnt need storage for the whole month and most places haf a 3 month minimum but not CubeSmart. They were so helpful.

I love how friendly, nice, and funny the employees were. Paperwork was done quickly! The facility is pretty secure, I'm not worried about my things being stolen. But most importantly, the employees make you feel very comfortable! It's like the Cheers of Storage Facilities!
